1. She Runs
Kiara has a lot of sweat methods but running is her favorite. “I love to get a 20-minute run in, especially before something important. It gives me a great glow,” she told Vogue India. “Running is one of the most effective, time-efficient workouts around, but if you get off on the wrong foot, it’s hard to stay motivated and it can be easy to get discouraged. Starting and sticking with a running program doesn’t have to be difficult. It’s simply a matter of doing the right things at the right time,” says ACE Fitness.
2. She Does Functional Training
Advani works out with trainer Sohrab Khushrushahi, who recently shared a video taken from one of their sweat sessions, which was done outside. The 40-minute workout consisted of exercises like squat jumps and crab walks intermixed with sprints.

According to Pink Villa, Kiara is one of the many stars who start their day with an ayurvedic practice of drinking a glass of hot water with lemon. 4. This Is What She Eats in a Day

Per Pink Villa, Kiara starts her day with a bowl of oatmeal topped with fruit, including apples, berries, strawberries, or oranges. Prior to a workout she likes to munch on sliced apples and peanut butter. For lunch, she might nosh on roti and vegetables like spinach, pumpkin and sprouts. And, for dinner, she enjoys seafood to get in some protein and omega 3s. Other snacks she might eat include nuts, figs, and walnuts.
5. She Stays Active
When she isn’t in the gym, Kiara gets her sweat on with other activities. A few of her favorites? Dancing, boxing, and snorkeling. “You can’t stop the waves but you can learn to swim,” she captioned this photo of one of her under-the-sea sessions.
