In this Instagram post, Kardashian revealed her approach to working out. She says that she tries to stay consistent most of the time, but decides to take breaks every couple of months to rest. "I would say every six months, I take two weeks off from lifting,” she wrote. “Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill but then I miss it so much and feel so good to be back at it."
