1. She’s A Fan of A Simple Protein and Veggies
When it comes to eating healthy, Kardashian doesn’t get too fancy. Especially after an intense workout. The reality star tells Harper’s Bazaar that she sticks to the standby of a healthy protein and veggies for meals. "My trainer Mel always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals, since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat, and carbs," she explains.
2. She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Kardashian works out with trainer Melissa Alcantara, and the latter told E! News that she does a lot of different types of exercises with Kardashian. "It's a mix. I like low intensity interval training. I have high intensity and then weight training."

Kardashian revealed to Poosh that she has started a plant-based diet. "I live a healthy life and try to eat as plant based as possible and drink sea moss smoothies," she says.
4. She Makes Time For Herself

Kardashian has an extremely busy schedule. From keeping up with her siblings, to taking care of her four kids, to traveling, to work, you’d think she doesn’t have too much time for herself. However, Kardashian makes her me time a main priority, despite her hectic life. "With all the stress in life, I try to make sure I take time for myself so that I am centered and keep my stress to a minimum," she tells Poosh.
5. She Does A Lot Of Lower Body Workouts

Kardashian is known for her incredible lower body, and her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, says that they work hard to maintain it. "When it comes to booty and legs, we usually work out for an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes," Alcantara tells Women’s Health. "You want to work out efficiently and be smart about it."
6. She Stays On Top Of Her Health
In a revealing essay for Poosh, Kardashian revealed that she struggles with psoriasis and psoriasis arthritis, and previously had a false positive test for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. Kardashian has said that these experiences have made her stay on top of her health. She writes, “It’s still painful and scary, but I was happy to have a diagnosis. No matter what autoimmune condition I had, I was going to get through it, and they are all manageable with proper care. I did so much research. I realized so many people I know have suffered from lupus and psoriatic arthritis, and they have given me such great advice.”
