No, weight lifting doesn't bulk up women, and Kim is proof. While the star has worked out with tons of trainers, it wasn't until she started training with bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara that she achieved her best body ever. "I've been working out really hardcore with a bodybuilder for one year. September is our one-year anniversary," Kim revealed to E! News in 2018, via People. The duo lift "heavy weights," per Kim with Alcantara adding to Women's Health that 85% of their training is done with weights.

Kim works out no matter what. "Just like anybody else, there are days where Kim's not really feeling it, but she will do it," Alcantara told People in 2020 about her star client's workout ethic. "Then there are a lot of days when she's killing it! She never questions the stuff that I make her do, she's just like, 'Okay,' and I love that."
