She Does Lots of Different Workouts
Kimberley mixes up her workouts. "I do a mixture of Zumba and Ballet. Zumba is a great way to stay in shape and is also really fun, I go with a girlfriend each week and it is such a giggle, we find we are dancing around all evening after it. I also do Ballet once a week, its very relaxing and great for core strength," she told Women Fitness.
She Eats Heavier Earlier in the Day
Kimberley eats more at the start of the day and tapers it down the later it gets. "I was always taught the old saying, breakfast for a king, lunch for a queen, and dinner for a popper. Its so important that girls eat right, but not worry too much about it," she told Women Fitness.
She Drinks Green Juice
Kimberley makes sure to get all her vitamins and nutrients. "I have started loving Green Juice as an alternative to coffee, its made up of lots of healthy green vegetables, its not the most yummy thing, but really makes me feel so well. Running around in London can be so busy and its a great way to get some vitamins," she said.
She Cheats
Kimberley allows herself to indulge on occasion. "I have always had a real sweet tooth, I love my sweet treats and feel that life is too short to not enjoy yourself occasionally," she said.
She Focuses On Self-Love
Even Kimberley struggles with confidence. ""It's hard, because every girl feels shy and insecure at times. No one is ever perfect and it's so important to just feel beautiful in your own skin and that will shine through."
