I’ve found a great class which is a mix of ballet and pilates, and I really have seen a difference. I hate going to the gym, so going to a class suits me a lot more as I actually enjoy exercising.”

Garner allows herself room to have treats as part of a balanced diet. “I love food, and I do love my junk food,” she says. “I try and have a healthy balance and eat a bit more in the day than at night. I think it’s really important to have a healthy attitude towards food and eat what you want in moderation.”

“I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good,” Kardashian told Allure in a recent interview. “I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments.” However, in the interview she denied using filler in her lips and cheeks, only copping to Botox. “Never filled either one, ever,” she said.

Kardashian famously dropped 15 pounds in just three weeks so she could squeeze into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress for the Met Gala in May 2022. How did she do it? According to Kim she cut all carbs and sugar out of her diet and drank a lot of water. “Two weeks before [the Met Gala], I was 10 pounds down and I was so proud of myself,” she said. “Then I got down 15 [pounds] and it fit. I couldn’t believe it.”

Kim underwent a lot of scrutiny for her dramatic weight loss, but claims she did it the right way. “If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message. But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft,” she told Allure. “There are so many things out there that are so not accurate and not true.”

Kardashian, chief taste consultant for Beyond Meat, follows a plant-based diet. However, to lose the weight for the Met Gala she incorporated meat back into her diet. Then “psoriasis broke out over my body and I got psoriatic arthritis so I couldn’t really move my hands,” she told Allure. “It was really painful, and I had to go to a rheumatologist who put me on a steroid. I was freaking out. I cut out the meat again, and it’s calmed down.”

5. She Works Out…A Lot

Kim is famous for her intense workout regiment. Her trainer, Melissa Alcantara dished on the details to Women’s Health. “Her schedule is crazy, and mine is also crazy, so we work out really early in the morning at 6 a.m,” she said, adding that "85 per cent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made up of cardio" and that Kim works out six days per week for 60-90 minutes each time. What exercises does she do? Ball slams, burpees, sprints, and ladder drills to get her heart rate up. "She’s super responsible, she never cancels – she’s the best client and athlete you can have," Alcantara shared. "It’s just her drive. She's like, ‘I have to work out, this is part of my life.' It’s all about the mindset." To get into shape for the Met, Kim added another element. “I would wear a sauna suit twice a day [and also] run on the treadmill,” she told US Vogue.

I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely!
