1. She Loves Dance

Garner opened up about her favorite exercises to Women Fitness. She says that she likes to dance and do dance based workouts. “I do a mixture of Zumba and Ballet,” Garner revealed. “Zumba is a great way to stay in shape and is also really fun. I go with a girlfriend each week and it is such a giggle, we find we are dancing around all evening after it. I also do Ballet once a week, it's very relaxing and great for core strength.”

2. She Loves Green Juice

Garner also talked about some of her favorite healthy foods to Women Fitness. She says that she likes to drink green juices. “I have started loving Green Juice as an alternative to coffee, its made up of lots of healthy green vegetables, its not the most yummy thing, but really makes me feel so well. Running around in London can be so busy and its a great way to get some vitamins.

3. She Keeps Her Skincare Natural

Garner has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Women Fitness that she is a big believer in keeping her skincare routine as natural as possible. “I have always believed that it is so important to look after yourself naturally, and that makeup etc., should just be a bonus,” she says. “It has been said a million times, but drinking lots and lots of water is a great way to hydrate the skin. I also started using Elemis products morning and night, they are very natural and great for sensitive skin. I use a cleanser morning and night and a good night cream is a great way to wake up looking fresh, even after a late night!”

4. She Believes In Herself

Garner believes in herself, and she thinks that this is a major factor behind her success. “Completely believe in yourself and go for it,” she says to Women Fitness. “Yes, there will be people along the way who are mean and try and put you down, but with passion and an honest love for what you are doing, more than you even would have dreamed can be possible.”

5. She Walks Her Dog

Garner has an adorable little dog named Sasha. She prominently features the pooch on her Instagram account. Being a dog owner, Garner has to go outside and walk on a regular basis. While on a trip to Surfside, Florida, Garner and Sasha hit the beach. Garner posted these photos of the two of them going on a walk. She captioned it, “Me and Sasha looking cute.”
