1. She Works Out Her Core
Garner posted a reel of herself doing some of her favorite exercises while on a trip to gorgeous St. Barths. In the reel, she is seen doing a lot of core and ab exercises. She is seen doing standing oblique crunches and mountain climbers.
2. She Works Out Her Legs

In the same reel, Garner is seen doing some lower body exercises as well. She is seen doing donkey kicks, but while standing up, and only slightly pulsing her leg. She captioned the reel, “Ahhh last year I didn’t exercise much or have the energy to - Did you feel the same? I really want to get strong again so thought to share that with you in case you have been feeling the same and want to try together.”
3. She Does Ballet

Garner revealed some of her fitness and wellness secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that one of her favorite ways to workout and keep her core strength is to go to a ballet class. “I also do Ballet once a week, it's very relaxing and great for core strength.”
4. She Does Zumba

Garner also told Women Fitness that she also likes to take Zumba classes with her friends. “Zumba is a great way to stay in shape and is also really fun, I go with a girlfriend each week and it is such a giggle, we find we are dancing around all evening after it.”
5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Garner tells Women Fitness that she puts a lot of effort into her skin care routine, and that she has a lot of secrets. “I have always believed that it is so important to look after yourself naturally, and that make up etc should just be a bonus. It has been said a million times but drinking lots and lots of water is a great way to hydrate the skin. I also started using Elemis products morning and night, they are very natural and great for sensitive skin. I use a cleanser morning and night and a good night cream is a great way to wake up looking fresh, even after a late night!”
