The model showed off one of her new swimsuits.

Fitness model and fashion designer Kimberley Garner spent her holiday at the beach. And based on her most recent Instagram photo, she made sure to look just as sunny as the weather. Garner posted a series of holiday photos on Instagram, one of which is her posing on the beach in a bright yellow one-piece swimsuit. She Plays Padel Tennis

Garner revealed on this Instagram post that she is learning how to play padel, which is a form of tennis. She posed on the courts in a lime green workout outfit, showing off her body.

She Remembers To Stretch

While some people might forget to stretch and warm up their muscles, Garner does not, and she makes sure to do it early on. She posted this video on Instagram of her warming up her arms on the beach on Instagram, captioning it, "Morning stretch."

She Does Yoga

In addition to stretching in the morning, Garner also likes to practice yoga. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing yoga poses by the pool. She captioned the video, "Every morning stretch with @alomoves, then I do a 5 minute prayer on @churchome app – changed my life."

She Loves Zumba

Garner tells Women Fitness magazine that she's a big fan of going to Zumba classes with a friend. "Zumba is a great way to stay in shape and is also really fun," she says. "I go with a girlfriend each week and it is such a giggle, we find we are dancing around all evening after it."

She Does Ballet

Garner also says to Women Fitness magazine that she also loves to practice ballet to stay in shape. "I also do Ballet once a week, its very relaxing and great for core strength," she says.
