1. She Sews for Her Mental Health
Kimberly found a creative outlet to help treat her mental health. "I got a sewing machine a couple of years ago, and that saved my mental health massively, because I had this thing where I could turn something that’s destined for landfill into something beautiful again,” she said in an interview with Daily Star.
2. She Tackles Trolls Head On
Kimberly has been the subject of trolls multiple times. "I've always said I'm going to use my social media platform to discuss things that matter to me and this is definitely one of them,” she said in an Instagram post. "The comments are you're fat, you're ugly you need to lose a stone, thunder thighs, cellulite mum bod, gym gear, more like Jim's burger van. The list goes on, again please go and look at this,” she continued. "I know this doesn't solely belong to me, a lot of people are getting trolled especially in this industry where we are sort of normalised to it, this is not normal. We need to stop this. You're not going to affect my self-confidence but I am somebody's daughter and my mum had to read those comments, and my family will too, and that's horrible for them. The world's really difficult right now and we're all just trying to get by and in particular I'm in a job where it's currently classed as nonviable. So if you see something today online that you don't like swipe on by. It really is that simple. Anyway I've think I think I've said my piece, I'm gonna go and grab a burger from Jim's van.”
3. She Hired a Personal Trainer
Kimberly transformed her body with the help of a personal trainer. "6 weeks later. A stone down. @absolutebodysolutions have completely changed me. Mentally and physically. We still have a way to go but I am so proud of myself,” she wrote in an Instagram post. "I have cried so much by my PT has had my back every step of the way. I have found my fit fam. For the first time in my life I am achieving my goals in a healthy - sustainable way and loving it.”
4. She Is an Adrenaline Junky
“I like fear,” Kimberly admitted to The Mirror. “I’ve just recently jumped out of an airplane. I’ll do anything. It’s like a daredevil in me, I just love adrenaline. I wouldn’t question anything. I’d just be like, yeah, I’ll do it!”

She starts the day off with a three egg omelet. For lunch she will eat something like grilled chicken, potato salad, and a vegetable or beef chili. For dinner she will eat a piece of chicken, “I’ll bake it rather than fry it, as I like to watch what I eat,” she told Closer. “I’ll have it with broccoli, carrots and sweetcorn on the side.”
6. She Snacks on Breakfast Bars
Kimberly loves snacking on breakfast bars. “You feel like you’re having a guilty snack, but you're not because most of them are pretty healthy,” she told Closer.
7. She Is a Carnivore
You won’t find Kimberly eating vegan. “My mum and I order a lot of meat from online food delivery service Muscle Food. I have simple tastes and don’t really need fancy food. I eat for convenience and don’t really plan meals,” she told Closer.
