1. She Believes In Balance
Kardashian talked about her wellness routine and tips to Rose Inc. She says that wellness to her means balance and not taking it too seriously. “It’s really a combination of physical and mental well-being. Feeling at my best, without striving for perfection. To me it is all about balance and moderation. Happiness and health are wealth.”
2. She Has Her Own Wellness Site

Kardashian has her own wellness website, Poosh. She tells Rose Inc that having it has helped her with wellness. “We have built an amazing team of women who really enjoy working together and take pride in our accomplishments together. We love coming up with content, and I especially love finding out what articles people relate to and how they are helping them in their lives—that’s what makes it worth it. And helping me in the process… I am learning so much!"
3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Kardashian tells Rose Inc that she has made skincare a bigger priority in recent years. “I would say in the past three years I really started taking care of my skin in a way that has made a difference. Being consistent with facials and treatments, as well as at-home care such as face masks and the products I now use, have all really made a difference.”
4. She Takes Collagen In Warm Water

Kardashian likes to take collagen each morning. “I believe in beauty from the inside out,” she tells Rose Inc. “So after I pray in the morning, I take our Poosh x Vital Proteins blueberry lemon collagen powder in warm water.”
5. She Eats Organic Food

When it comes to her diet, Kardashian believes in eating healthy. “Some people know, but I’m crazy obsessed about food,” she tells the Coveteur. “I started going through my pantry last night and it was just making me so angry some of the ingredients that are in some of our snacks. I don’t do my grocery shopping a lot, because I just don’t have time, so I was reading and it looks healthy from the packages, but when you read the ingredients none of it is organic. I’m really into organic. I hate the whole GMO situation.”
