1. She Loves Her Body 24/7

Kourtney has been uber skinny and gorgeously curvy. No matter her weight or clothing size, she demonstrates serious self love. Recently, she was body-shamed when a fan accused her of being pregnant. "I'm a woman with a BODY,” she spat back in an Instagram comment. “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it,” she responded to another body shamer in 2020. “I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”

2. She Is Disciplined With Her Diet

Kourtney goes through periods where she is extremely disciplined with her diet, but generally eats organic and keeps gluten to a minimum. She has also dabbled in keto and intermittent fasting, avoiding from 7 pm until 11am, adding a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week. Usually, her diet consists of whole foods like avocado, oatmeal, fish, fruits and veggies and other whole grains.

3. She Loves to Work Out

Kourtney is a big proponent of exercise. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she told E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." She avoids trendy workouts, instead sticking mostly to hard core strength training. Jump roping and running are her go-to cardio workouts followed by weights. She also uses a stairmaster or Pilates reformer and does floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats.

4. Her Sisters Help Keep Her Accountable

Sisters that workout together, stay fit together! Kourtney can often be found working out with the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner crowd. She recently dished to E! News that her go-to workout buddy is her sister Khloe. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that,” she said.

5. She Takes Supplements

Kourtney relies on supplements. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she explained in a recent blog post. Next up? A glass of water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she wrote. She follows that up with a vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil. "It only takes a few minutes to make," she says, "and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout."
