It Starts with Self Love

Kourtney is full of self love. After being accused of being pregnant earlier this year, she spat back at trolls with an inspiring message. "I'm a woman with a BODY," she wrote. "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it," she said during another body shaming incident in 2020. "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body."

She Is Disciplined When She Wants To Be

Kourtney is extremely disciplined with diet and exercise when she wants to be. In general, she maintains a healthy diet, eating organic and keeping gluten to a minimum. Over the years she has dabbled in the keto diet and done intermittent fasting, avoiding eating from 7 pm until 11am, and completing a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week.

She Loves Exercise

Kourtney loves exercising for both physical and mental health benefits. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." She mostly sticks to hard core strength training, and can be found jump roping, running, lifting weights, doing stairmaster cardio, Pilates, and floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats.

Working Out Is a Family Affair

Kourtney's workout buddies are her Kardashian-Jenner sisters. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she told E! about her favorite workout buddy.

She Takes Supplements

"Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," Kourtney wrote in one of her recent blog posts. Next up she sips on water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she continued. A vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil are also on her morning agenda. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout."
