Kourtney is a self-love advocate and always practices what she preaches. "I'm a woman with a BODY," she wrote in response to being body shaming, when a follower accused her of being pregnant. "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it," she said during another 2020 body shaming incident. "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body."

Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle

Kourtney is extremely healthy on all fronts, eating as organic as possible and minimizing gluten consumption. She has also dabbled in the keto diet and is known to practice intermittent fasting.

Exercise Daily

Exercise is a big part of Kourtney's life. Strength training, jump roping, running, lifting weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates, and floor exercises are just a few of the ways you will find her breaking a sweat. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."

Find Workout Buddies

Kourtney enjoys making exercise a group effort, sweating with friends and her sisters. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she explained to E! about how working out with others can majorly up your workout game.

Take Supplements

"Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," Kourtney wrote in a recent blog post. She also relies on a concoction of water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she explained. She also takes a vegan probiotic shot, which she follows with avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder, and MCT oil. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout," she says about her supplement routine.

Stay Active

Kourtney maintains an active lifestyle. Her social media feed is filled with photos of herself horseback riding on the beach in Mexico, skiing with her family, and  going on nature hikes.
