Kourtney encourages everyone to love their bodies and ignore any criticism. The star has been shamed a number of times, usually by people accusing her of being pregnant if she puts on a few pounds. "I'm a woman with a BODY,” she wrote in response to one wave of this type of body shaming. “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it,” she also said during a 202 body shaming incident. “I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”
2. Focus on a Healthy Lifestyle

Kourtney focuses on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating as organic as possible and minimizing gluten consumption. She famously dabbled in the keto diet and practiced intermittent fasting and a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week.

Kourtney exercises almost every day, even when on vacation. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." Strength training, jump roping, running, lifting weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates, and floor exercises are all part of her workouts.

Kourtney is a big fan of supplements "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," Kourtney wrote in a recent blog post. She also sips on water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she explained. A vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder, and MCT oil are also part of her regiment. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout,” she says about her supplements.
