Says her website Poosh: “As part of Kourt’s wellness routine, she uses sauna bathing to detox five days a week. Here’s her exact pattern: 10 minutes in the sauna, a cold rinse, wait 3 minutes, and then 10 minutes again in the sauna, repeated five days a week.
