Says her website Poosh: "As part of Kourt's wellness routine, she uses sauna bathing to detox five days a week. Here's her exact pattern: 10 minutes in the sauna, a cold rinse, wait 3 minutes, and then 10 minutes again in the sauna, repeated five days a week. "Some people know, but I'm crazy obsessed about food," she told the Coveteur. "I started going through my pantry last night and it was just making me so angry some of the ingredients that are in some of our snacks. I don't do my grocery shopping a lot, because I just don't have time, so I was reading and it looks healthy from the packages, but when you read the ingredients none of it is organic. I'm really into organic. I hate the whole GMO situation."

"I usually start with a quick run or jumping rope to warm up. I have to do something fast to really kill it," she wrote on her app. "She works hard, too. I'm so proud of her. Like it's so hard to work out, like so hard … She is, like, on and popping right now … She came out of nowhere. I wasn't really expecting that out of her. All of a sudden, she side-swiped me," says her sister Khloé in one episode of their show.

"If the kids or I get a sunburn, I always use fresh aloe vera applied directly to the skin," Kourtney wrote on her website. "I keep aloe vera plants in my house, too. You can just break off a leaf and squeeze it to get a small amount of gel."

"Every now and then, I'll rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar," she wrote on her website. "It's known for holding in moisture without stripping your hair of its natural oils."
