According to this post on her website, Poosh, Kardashian “is a jump rope beast.” The reality star revealed that she likes to jump rope for five minutes each day. Jumping rope isn’t just for kids anymore; it is a great way to keep both your body and your mind in shape. According to this study from Ace Fitness, “Jumping rope can help improve your cognitive function. This is because jumping rope involves learning new motor patterns, which improves the nervous system communication between your brain, wrists and lower leg muscles. This, in turn, helps to improve your overall cognitive function.”

2. She Drinks Extra Virgin Olive Oil In The Mornings

Kardashian is open about liking to drink certain things and take supplements. She says that she usually does this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. According to this post from Poosh, one of the things Kardashian likes to drink in the mornings is extra virgin olive oil, or EVOO. Studies have shown that drinking EVOO in the mornings can reduce inflammation, improve your skin, and help with weight loss.

3. She Got Muscle Testing Done

Kardashian revealed to E! News that she and her family decided to make a lot of changes to their diets. She says that they decided to do a series of muscle tests, which revealed a lot of sensitivities to food. “We had muscle testing done, which showed we all have sensitivities to corn, gluten and dairy,” she says. Kardashian then began to adjust her family’s diets accordingly.

4. She Stays Hydrated

In an interview with Byrdie, Kardashian revealed a lot of her biggest wellness, diet, and weight loss secrets. She says that one of her most important tips is staying hydrated and drinking enough water. “Whenever I notice that I’m feeling bloated or like I need to step up [my body] or something, it’s always because I’m not drinking enough water,” she says. “When I step up the water, I’ll instantly lose like two pounds in one day.”

5. She Indulges Once In A While

Kardashian does try to eat as healthily as she can, but she also says that she isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. “Even though I eat healthy most of the time, I think it’s really important to have something sweet,” she wrote on her app. “Of course, I derail from eating healthy sometimes, because you have to live your life!” Kardashian does say that she does keep her indulgences somewhat healthy, one of her favorites being a pudding made from chia seeds.
