Love Your Body

Kourtney, who recently gained weight during IVF treatments, as the medication she was given put her into menopause, has major self-love whether she is at her thinnest or curviest. "I'm a woman with a BODY," she wrote in response to a user asking if she was expecting when she had gained a little weight. "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it," shesaid to a follower during another body shaming incident. "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body."

Eat Plant-Based

Kourtney has dabbled in diets, including keto, but her main focus is maintaining a healthy lifestyle, eating as organic as possible and keeping gluten to a minimum. She recently revealed on Poosh that she spent six to seven months "easing" into a plant based lifestyle. "If you're thinking about becoming vegan, you can make the shift in small waves if that's easier for you," suggests the post. "Start by replacing meat with plant-based options once a week and increase from there. Kourt admits when she first started, she couldn't resist and had a baked crab handroll while at dinner during the first few weeks. It's all about balance and finding how and when you're comfortable with incorporating the changes into your lifestyle."

Exercise Daily

Like her famous sisters, Kourtney exercises regularly "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she told E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." Strength training, jump roping, running, lifting weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates, and floor exercises are ways she likes to break a sweat. Find Workout Buddies

Kourtney loves workout buddies, and luckily her sisters are just as into exercise as she is. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she told E!

5

Take Supplements

Kourtney is all about supplements. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," Kourtney dished on Poosh. She also drinks a concoction consisting of water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she said. She also downs a vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder, and MCT oil. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout," she says about her routine.

Keep Moving

Kourtney maintains an active lifestyle. Horseback riding on the beach in Mexico, skiing with her family in Lake Tahoe, or going on nature hikes near her home, are all outdoor activities she loves.

Do Pilates

Kourtney also does pilates. In a recent Instagram story, the star showed off the reformer where the magic happens. "Pilates may sound intimidating, but it's an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates can be adapted to provide a gentle strength training and stability program, or it can be modified to give a seasoned athlete a challenging workout.
