1. She Loves Herself

Kourtney is full of self-love and always has a great response to body shamers. "I'm a woman with a BODY,” she wrote. “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it,” she said during a body shaming incident in 2020. “I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”
2. She Is Disciplined

Kourtney can be extremely disciplined with diet and exercise. She eats healthy and organic, keeping gluten to a minimum. She has also dabbled in the keto diet and done intermittent fasting, avoiding eating from 7 pm until 11am, and completing a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week.
3. She Is a Big Fan of Exercise
Kourtney exercises for both physical and mental health benefits. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she told E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." Strength training, jump roping, running, lifting weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates, and floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats are just a few of the exercises she loves.

“I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that,” she told E! about her favorite workout buddy. She regularly works out with her other sisters too.

"Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," Kourtney revealed in a recent blog post. She also drinks water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she continued.
