Kourtney loves herself whether she is at her thinnest or curviest. The star has been body shamed a number of times, usually by people accusing her of being pregnant. "I'm a woman with a BODY," she wrote in response to a user asking if she was expecting. "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it," she said during another body shaming incident. "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body."

Focus on Changing Your Lifestyle

While Kourtney has done diets, including keto, her main focus is maintaining a healthy lifestyle. To do this she eats as organic as possible and minimizes gluten consumption. In a recent blog on her Poosh lifestyle website, Kourtney reveals that she spent six to seven months "easing" into a plant based lifestyle. "If you're thinking about becoming vegan, you can make the shift in small waves if that's easier for you," suggests the post. "Start by replacing meat with plant-based options once a week and increase from there. Kourt admits when she first started, she couldn't resist and had a baked crab handroll while at dinner during the first few weeks. It's all about balance and finding how and when you're comfortable with incorporating the changes into your lifestyle."

Exercise Daily

Kourtney always makes time for exercise. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she told E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." Strength training, jump roping, running, lifting weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates, and floor exercises are all also some of her go-to forms of sweating.

Work Out with Others

Sweating is a family affair for Kourtney and her sisters. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that," she told E! about how finding a workout buddy can majorly up your workout game.

Take Supplements

Kourtney takes supplements on a daily basis. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," Kourtney revealed in a recent blog post. She also drinks a glass of water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she said. Another go-to drink? A vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder, and MCT oil. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout," she says about her routine.

Stay Active

Kourtney's lifestyle is incredibly active. For example, horseback riding on the beach in Mexico, skiing with her family in Lake Tahoe, or going on nature hikes near her home, are creative and fun ways she blasts calories.
