1. She Loves To Jump Rope

In her Instagram story, Kardashian revealed that the workout she had just done was a jump rope session. She also revealed in a post on her lifestyle site, Poosh, that she jumps rope often. Kardashian says that her typical session includes “4 sets of 5 minutes jumping rope.” This means she does about 500 jumps in each workout.
2. She Eats Organic Food

Kardashian tells Coveteur that she tries to eat as much organic, non-GMO food as possible. She says that she wants to know where her food comes from. “I started going through my pantry last night and it was just making me so angry. Some of the ingredients that are in some of our snacks. I don’t do my grocery shopping a lot, because I just don’t have time, so I was reading and it looks healthy from the packages, but when you read the ingredients none of it is organic. I’m really into organic. I hate the whole GMO situation.”

Kardashian is a big fan of using aloe vera, and she makes sure to always have a supply of it on hand. “I keep aloe vera plants in my house,” she revealed on her website. “You can just break off a leaf and squeeze it to get a small amount of gel.” Kardashian says that she does this to help with her kid’s sunburns and to help with her skin. “Used topically, aloe gel taken straight from the plant is a cure-all for many skin conditions, including dry skin, burns (including sunburn,) and irritation like eczema. It’s rich in vitamin C, E, and beta carotene, which nourishes, repairs, and cools the skin without leaving a greasy residue.”
4. She Sleeps On A Silk Pillowcase
Kardashian revealed on her website that she likes to sleep on a silk pillowcase. However, this isn’t just to help her relax. Kardashian says that the silk actually helps take care of her skin and hair. "The natural amino acids in the silk are really good for both your skin and hair," she wrote.
5. She Cheats Once In A While
Kardashian says that while she tries to eat healthy, she does have a cheat day once in a while. She wrote a whole post on Poosh about how she does her cheat days. "Yes, indulging every once in a while is self-care," she says. "Whether you follow a strict diet or not, we all deserve days off. No guilt and no boundaries."
6. She Works Out Regularly
Despite her busy schedule, Kardashian says to E! Online that she makes sure to work out as often as she can. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids. I just never made it a priority, and now it makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."
