Over the years, Kourtney has been candid about the changes her body has gone through, especially when it comes to fertility and pregnancy. “So, obviously my body has changed but it was all of the hormones that the doctors put me on,” Kardashian said to her friends during season 2 of The Kardashians in October 2022. “I think eight months of IVF treatment has definitely taken a toll on my body mentally and physically. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout,” she explained.

"My trainer Mel always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. "I'm a woman with a BODY,” she spat back in an Instagram comment. “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it,” she responded to another body shamer in 2020. “I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”

Kourtney goes through periods where she is extremely disciplined with her diet, but generally eats organic and keeps gluten to a minimum. She has also dabbled in keto and intermittent fasting, avoiding from 7 pm until 11am, adding a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week. Usually, her diet consists of whole foods like avocado, oatmeal, fish, fruits and veggies and other whole grains.

Kourtney is a big proponent of exercise. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she told E! News.
