1

Healthy Lifestyle—and Marriage

Kardashian's approach to wellness is not complicated, according to Barker. The Blink-182 star says the couple are both dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and good habits. "Our friendship and our relationship was started 10 years ago and I think we were both really into wellness," Barker says. "We were both really into eating healthy, working out, and being great parents."

2

Lots and Lots of Water

Kardashian swears by hydration to help stay fit and toned. "Whenever I notice that I'm feeling bloated or like I need to step up [my body] or something, it's always because I'm not drinking enough water," she says. "When I step up the water, I'll instantly lose like two pounds in one day. Half the time when you're hungry, you're really thirsty. I mean, I eat constantly throughout the day, so I'm not saying don't eat and just drink water, but I notice I eat less just because I'm so full from the water."

Matcha Every Morning

Kardashian and Barker enjoy matcha green tea every morning. Another habit they've developed as a couple is getting in at least three miles of some sort of cardio on a daily basis. "We have matcha in bed every morning, no matter where we're at, we're at a hotel, we're traveling," Barker says. "We work out. We walk or run three miles a day."

4

Trainer Sessions

Kardashian works out with a personal trainer. "My favorite workout is at home with my trainer, because it's fun," she says. "I like being at my house. We go to the basketball court where my kids can play, and we turn on music. Khloé will usually come. The other day, I did one with Khloé and Rob. Or my friends Stephanie and Jen will come over. We'll usually do those on the weekends so we don't feel like we're torturing ourselves. Once in a while, we'll try to do a full ab day where like half the workout is abs. It's intense."

5

Mostly Vegan Diet

Kardashian follows a mostly vegan diet with a few exceptions, according to Barker. "I've been vegan for 16 years," Barker says. "[Kourtney's] 99% vegan, which I love. There's no fur. There's no meat. There's no fish. My baby just needs to give up cheese, pretty much, and butter," he adds as a joke.
