1. She Is All About Self-Love
Kourtney loves her body, regardless of if she is at her curviest or skinniest. After a recent body shaming episode when a fan accused her of being pregnant, she spat back with self-love. "I'm a woman with a BODY,” she wrote. “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it,” she responded during another body shaming incident in 2020. “I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”
2. She Diets When She Wants To

When Kourtney wants to get in shape, she is extremely disciplined with her diet. However, in general she eats organic and keeps gluten to a minimum. She has also famously followed the keto diet and done intermittent fasting, in which she didn’t eat anything from 7 pm until 11am, and completed a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week.
3. She Loves to Exercise

Kourtney works out a lot, for her body and mind. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." While she isn’t a fan of trendy workouts, like her sisters she mostly sticks to hard core strength training. Jump roping, running, weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates and floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats are some of her go-tos.

The Kardashian-Jenner sisters can regularly be spotted breaking a sweat together. “I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that,” she told E! about her favorite workout buddy.

Kourtney is into supplements, often sharing about them on her blog. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she wrote in one of her recent blog posts. She follows that up with water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she continued. Next up?
