Kourtney is full of self-love and has no problem putting body shamers in their place, especially when she is accused of being pregnant just because she has gained weight.. "I'm a woman with a BODY,” she wrote in response to one wave of body shaming. “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it,” she also said during a 202 body shaming incident. “I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”
2. She Maintains a Healthy Lifestyle

Kourtney takes her diet and exercise regime very seriously. She maintains a healthy diet, eating as organic as possible and minimizing gluten consumption. She famously dabbled in the keto diet and practiced intermittent fasting and a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week.

Kourtney is a big fan of exercising due to both physical and mental health benefits. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." The Kardashian and Jenner girls regularly break a sweat together. “I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that,” she explained to E! about her family fitness mentality.

Kourtney regularly promotes supplements. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," Kourtney wrote in a recent blog post. A go-to cocktail for Kourtney? Water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she explained. She also takes down a vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae. Bone broth protein powder and MCT oil are also part of her regiment. "It only takes a few minutes to make and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout,” she says about her wellness routine.
