1. She Gets A Lot Done In The Morning

Jenner has a busy schedule, and she likes to start her day early. Jenner says that she likes to workout in the mornings. "I get up really early every morning at about 4 or 5, I don't sleep a lot so I'm trying to get a lot done early morning," she told IOL. "I plan everything, make sure everything is fine all the way [while] I'm on the treadmill, I drink lots of coffee to get me going.”
2. She Eats Healthy

Jenner eats a pretty healthy diet every day, courtesy of her personal chef, celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito. "I send food to California for her every day and she follows my diet," he told E! News.
3. She Doesn’t Prioritize Losing Weight
When it comes to diet and exercise, Jenner isn’t too worried about losing pounds. Her chef, celebrity chef, Rocco DiSpirito, says that his diet for Jenner is about maintaining her healthy habits. "For her it's maintaining [weight], because she looks great she doesn't need to loose weight," he said to E! News.
4. She Sticks To A Routine & Makes Time For Herself

In a chat with her daughter Kourtney, Jenner revealed that she likes to stick to a routine each day. Jenner also says that she prioritizes time for herself in her schedule. “I think as human beings, we thrive on routine. I think that routines are very important for people to have some kind of thing, a ritual, they either do it at the beginning of the day…” she said. “It’s also very important… to be able to have a wind down. And mine is a wine down.”
5. She Loves Pilates

One of Jenner’s favorite exercises is Pilates. She tells FemaleFirst Uk, “I just started doing Pilates. Pilates is one of the best things I have ever done. Pilates in and of itself is so great, but the fact that there's all this stretching before and after - it's a thing I have never done before. I promise you it has changed my life."
6. She Believes In A Balanced Lifestyle

Jenner says that her lifestyle and wellness routine is all about balance, and trying things out. "I think just being able to stay active and work out and try and eat somewhat healthy and take care of myself,” she tells Female First UK. “All of the things that they say to do - it's what I am trying to do now. So I'm playing around with my diet right now and trying to find a great balance.”
