She Isn't Afraid Of Life
In an interview with The School Of Greatness podcast, Cavallari opened up about her divorce from Jay Cutler. She says that she is learning a lot from this experience, mainly that she is not afraid of bad things happening to her. "I was taking the time, really feeling everything that I needed to feel before I was able to really move on," she says. "I'm no longer afraid of getting hurt. I've sort of gotten to a place where if things don't work out, I'm okay with that because I know something better is coming down the line."
She's Worked On Herself
Cavallari opened up about dating post-divorce on her The School Of Greatness episode. She says that she has done a lot of work on herself, and that she thinks it will translate to a new relationship. "I'm actually excited to see who I can be in a new relationship," Cavallari said. "I feel like I've done so much work the last few years. I'm in no rush to be in a new relationship, but when I am, it will excite me to see how different I can be. I look forward to that."
She Knows About Dealbreakers
Cavallari knows what she wants in a relationship. Especially what she doesn't want in a partner. She opened up about this on an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast. "With any relationship, you just have to realize what are dealbreakers for you … and I was really unhappy. That was the bottom line. And I was in an unhealthy relationship. So that, to me, is not worth it. Also, I didn't want my kids thinking that that was normal. I wanted them to see me happy and see me — not right now, but eventually — with someone who really respects me and treats me the way I need to be treated."
She's Comfortable With Her Body
Cavallari is all about self-love. She tells Us Weekly that she feels comfortable with the body she has now. "My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have," she says. "I'm not trying to lose weight. I don't weigh myself. I can tell how my clothes fit me. I've put on a lot of weight in the last few years, but in a good way."
She Works With A Trainer
Cavallari revealed her approach to fitness to Us Weekly. She says that she does a lot of sessions with her personal trainer. "He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I've ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I'm the strongest I've ever been."
