Read on to see everything Kristin Cavallari eats in a day and all of her other diet rules for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Eats Food to Stay Thin

Kristin-CavallariKristin Cavallari/Instagram

According to Kristin, starving yourself to get thin isn’t a good idea because it messes up your metabolism. “So I think the most important thing is that you actually have to eat food,” she explains in the first clip. “There's a misconception that if you don't eat a lot of food, you're gonna be skinny. I think it's the opposite. I think you have to really work on your metabolism.”

2. Her Breakfast Is Packed with Protein

Kristin starts her day with a protein packed meal. “For breakfast, I'll do a smoothie. I'll do eggs with sauteed spinach or arugula or something, goat cheese, maybe avocado,” she explains in the video. “Or I'll do like overnight oats or something like that.”

3. For Lunch, She Eats a Healthy Salad

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - July 11, 2022Gotham/GC Images

A typical lunch for Kristin? “I love a big salad,” she confessed. “I always have to make sure there's protein in it. I'll do like a deconstructed cobb salad or a Greek salad, something like that, where I'll do leftovers, which is usually protein and veggies.” She also shared a photo of her go-to Greek salad, consisting of cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, feta cheese, chicken, and tzatziki sauce.

4. Dinner Is Protein, Veggies, and Carbs

Kristin keeps it simple for her final meal of the day. “Dinner is typically a protein of some sort, always a vegetable. I'm big on veggies,” she says. “I've also been doing more carbs in the last few months. A few of her favorites? Sweet potatoes, brown rice, black rice.

5. She Snacks Healthy

Kristin also snacks throughout the day. “I do fruit. I do hummus. I do lots of beef jerky. Nuts and stuff,” she says. She also loves drunken goat cheese that she gets at Whole Foods. “It's the best cheese on the planet and it's a goat cheese, but it doesn't taste like it. It's really good,” she says about the Merlot soaked cheese.

6. She Reads Ingredients, Not Calories or Fat

Kristin has a trick when reading food labels. Because she focuses her diet on foods that are “real” she reads ingredients, not numbers. “Never look at calories or fat or anything like that,” she says.

7. She Indulges

In the photo of her Greek salad, Kristin also revealed that she allows herself to indulge. “When I travel and go out to eat, I eat whatever I want and enjoy every second. I NEVER beat myself up. It’s all about balance.”

8. She Avoids Intermittent Fasting

So, is Kristin one of the many stars who swear by the keto diet and intermittent fasting? “I have in the past,” she reveals. “I honestly think both of those things completely mess up your metabolism.

9. She Drinks Mindfully

“I know it seems like I drink a lot but I actually hardly do,” she revealed when asked about her drinking. “Usually I drink 1-2 times per week but sometimes not at all. I try to be really mindful of it. I do a healthy red wine (low sugar, low sulfites) or tequila soda with jalapenos and lime juice,” she said.

Cavallari has been in the public eye ever since she was young and starred on the MTV reality show, Laguna Beach. And this took a toll on her body image and insecurities. Cavallari revealed in her book Balancing in Heels that she struggled with herself, and felt like she had to do extreme diets. "As early as high school, I thought that depriving myself of certain foods (sweets and carbs) and limiting calories would result in the body of my dreams," she wrote. However, today Cavallari says she doesn’t diet anymore, and focuses on eating healthy. She writes that this change has made her “the happiest I’ve ever been.”

2. She Avoids Refined Wheat

Cavallari says that she tries to eat healthy, and that she tries to avoid a lot of processed and refined products. Mainly, she says that she avoids refined wheat products. "I'm not eating gluten free, but I try to avoid refined wheat products since they've been shown to spike blood sugar levels faster than some candy bars," she writes in her book.

3. She Eats Close To the Natural State

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that she makes sure to eat as healthy as she can each day, and says that she “eats as close to the natural state” as she can. “The way I eat is a lifestyle,” she shared. “Organic as often as possible, tons of veggies, meat, nuts and seeds, complex carbs like buckwheat soba noodles, berries, tons of fat — I even eat butter.”

4. She Cooks Most of Her Own Food

Cavallari is big on cooking her own meals, and she says that it’s better for her. “I make dinner 90 percent of the time. I think that’s important because that’s the only way to truly know what’s in your food,” she says to Us Weekly. Cavallari has some recipes for her three kids. “My kids love pasta,” she says. “We use brown rice noodles or lentil noodles.”

5. She Gives Herself Grace

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a big part of her health and her lifestyle is giving herself grace and staying consistent. “It’s important to give ourselves grace and not beat ourselves up,” she says. “For so many years in my early 20s, I was all or nothing. I have the best relationship I’ve ever had with food and health because I’ve let go of a lot of that control. It’s about consistency — just keep showing up.” Cavallari revealed that she doesn't use a nutritionist or expert to help her, and that has helped her find this balance.

It’s important to be patient and stay the course.”

She tells Forbes that she packs healthy snacks whenever she’s on the roat. “No matter where I'm going, if it's a plane ride that's an hour and a half, or if it's 14 hours, I am bringing food with me. So that means I'm packing a meal like a salad. Or, I've brought leftovers on airplanes, made sandwiches, and then I bring a ton of snacks like Lorissa's Kitchen beef strips. I was just in Colorado this past weekend, and I brought sandwiches for my kids and a salad for me.”

7. She Looks Up Healthy Local Restaurants

1. Kourtney “Eased” Into a Plant-Based Lifestyle

Kourtney-KKourtney Kardashian/Instagram

Per a blog on her Poosh lifestyle website, Kourtney spent six to seven months “easing” into a plant based lifestyle, which entails no meat and the “occasional” butter and honey. “If you’re thinking about becoming vegan, you can make the shift in small waves if that’s easier for you,” suggests the post. “Start by replacing meat with plant-based options once a week and increase from there. Kourt admits when she first started, she couldn’t resist and had a baked crab handroll while at dinner during the first few weeks. It’s all about balance and finding how and when you’re comfortable with incorporating the changes into your lifestyle.”

2. Breakfast

For her first meal of the day, Kourtney will drink either her signature avocado shake or banana smoothie, subbing vegan protein powders. She might also nibble on gluten-free and vegan cinnamon toast, a blueberry bagel from Yeastie Boys in L.A. smothered with peanut butter and jelly, an acai bowl (here is one of her go-to recipes.) If it is a “treat” day, she might enjoy vegan chicken and waffles from Crossroads (find the recipe in their cookbook).

3. Snack

Tangerine,Fruits,On,Wood,BackgroundShutterstock

For a mid-morning snack, Kourtney loves pickles and tangerines or Mindright bars (peanut butter flavor is her favorite.)

4. Lunch

An average lunch for Kourtney might be this Zoodles dish (minus the turkey bacon) or sourdough bread with vegan butter and topped with pickles with a side of tangerines.

5. Dinner

Two of Kourt’s go-to plant-based dinners? Plant-based tacos or vegan sushi at Nobu. Her go-to order is crispy rice with avocado, edamame, and an avocado roll.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes.
