1. She Hydrates

Kristina prioritizes hydration. You can regularly find her carrying her water bottle around with her. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

2. She Skis

Kristin loves skiing. “Spending the winter perfecting my skiing craft, only to manifest Switzerland into my future,” she captioned a photo of herself on the slopes. “Spend the day with me skiing in Big Bear,” she teased in another. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

3. She Hikes

Kristina also hikes her way to a hot body. “I am to seek heights that oversee a city if I need a boost of inspiration or clarity. So here we are at📍Runyon Canyon,” she captioned a photo of herself on the trails. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

4. She Rides Horses

Kristina also rides horses. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

5. Her Diet Is Dairy and Gluten Free

Kristina, who publicly battles skin issues, tries to stay on a dairy and gluten-free diet. In one of her posts, she says that avoiding inflammatory food generally keeps her skin issues at bay.
