Kyle Richards, the reality star and actress, has never been afraid to show off her fit figure. She Uses Exercise To De-Stress

Richards struggles with anxiety, and she says to Us Weekly that exercising is a way she copes with it. "For me, if I want to feel good and, you know, if I'm stressed, it's exercise, exercise, exercise," she says. "Exercise is the most … Actually, if I'm stressed or depressed, [drinking] would be the worst thing I could do because alcohol makes me feel depressed."

She Takes Fitness Classes

Richards says that she loves to take classes at her gym. She tells Us Weekly that she aims to go to a class each day, and alternates which one she takes. "I did my boxing class today, got out all my anxiety. Yesterday was SoulCycle. Tomorrow I'll be in SoulCycle again."

She Mountain Bikes

Richards loves to do outdoor activities to stay in shape. One activity she loves is mountain biking. She posted this photo on Instagram from a trip she took to Utah, after a ride. Richards captioned the post, "Went mountain bike riding through one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Breathtaking."

Another outdoor activity Richards likes to do is go for a walk or a hike. She tells E! News, "I love hiking, going on walks with my friends on steep hills, inclines. I just like to be outdoors mainly."

She Changed Her Lifestyle

Richards told The Feast that she decided to re-adjust her life when she turned 50. "I've always struggled with my weight. I've always worked out and dieted my entire life because I have to, because I'm not naturally thin. So I'm like, 'Well, I've got to do something different so that when I turn 50 I'm gonna feel really amazing.'"
