1. She Uses A Waist-Trainer

Jenner revealed one of her fitness secrets in an Instagram story. Jenner told her followers that she is a fan of the waist trainer, and she uses the Sports Research Sweet Sweat Waist Trainer. According a WebMD article reviewed by Dan Brennan, MD, waist trainers do have benefits. “Some people are motivated to do better with their diet and exercise by using waist trainers. When you use them correctly and don’t overdo it, a waist trainer may serve as a reminder to sit up straight and eat less during meals. This may help keep you on track as you start a new diet or exercise routine.”

2. She’s An Avid Runner

Jenner posted a reel to her Instagram, which detailed some of her go to workouts. In the reel, Jenner is seen both going for a run outside, and using her treadmill. Jenner captioned the reel “Never miss a Monday!”

3. She Does At-Home Workouts

I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on, like, Google or Pinterest, workouts — and doing abs, lunges, squats. All that good stuff." In a reel detailing her workouts, Jenner is seen doing exercises like toe-touches, crunches, planks, and leg raises.

4. She Eats Healthy Late-Night Snacks

Jenner tells Harper’s Bazaar that while she tries not to snack at night, she does still do so. However, she makes sure to snack on healthy foods, and has a specific trick to make sure she does so. "I get really comfortable, and I pre-slice an apple by my bed and, since I'm really comfortable, I'll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen so my only choice is this apple."

5. She’s A Fan Of Healthy Beverages

Like her older sisters, Kylie doesn’t mess around when it comes to working out. "I never find myself in a gym. All that good stuff," Kylie revealed during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. In a recent Instagram story she added that she works out almost daily, sometimes twice.

3. Her Diet Is Healthy

Kylie has a go-to breakfast, but rarely eats the same thing for lunch or dinner. "Lately every morning I've been eating the same thing," she wrote in the caption that it consisted of eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon. "A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she added to Harper's Bazaar. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos. Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends." “I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom and I turn on my TV—I get really comfortable—and I pre-slice an apple by my bed," she told Harper’s Bazaar. "Since I'm really comfortable, I'll be too lazy, probably, to go down to the kitchen, so my only choice is this apple."

1. She Says Whatever Happens, Happens

KylieJenner1Kylie Jenner/Instagram

“I think I’ve always felt that way [that whatever happens happens],” she said. “I believe things are written for us. Whatever is gonna happen, it’s gonna happen. But I also feel very in control of my life and my decisions,” she told Homme Girls.

2. She Balances it All

How does she balance it all? “It’s very hard! I’m just kidding. No, it’s really such a blessing that I’ve been able to live and experience so much life at such a young age. I have two kids, I’m 25. Honestly. I’ve never been happier. As I get older, I get more appreciative of my life, my family, my friends and having all these opportunities,” she told Homme Girls.

3. She Does Not Regret Lip Fillers

KylieJennerKylie Jenner/Instagram

“I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t! Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone. I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute,” she told Homme Girls.

4. This is Her Favorite Sister

“Favorite sister? It's really hard because I love them all right now, but I think my favorite sister this year is probably Chloe or, yeah, I'm going to go with Chloe. We've gotten a lot closer this year. We're in this little mom club and it's a whole thing. Favorite sister runner-up? I don't know, maybe Kendall or, I really love them all. Kim's been great, Courtney, they're all my best friends. We've had a good year,” she said on YouTube.

5. She Watches What She Eats

“Kylie has been watching what she eats at home but isn’t restricting herself. When she goes out with friends, she eats what she wants. She has been super motivated recently and is loving the endorphins,” a source tells Grazia.

1. Jenna Dewan

Jenna Dewan looked straight outta Moulin Rouge with her Lady Marmalade getup. One of the ways the actress stays so fit? She eats healthy, most of the time. “I believe in eating 80/20,” she explained to Us. “I do 80 percent as healthy as possible — vegetarian and vegan, as healthy as I can.” Her diet consists of “lots of vegetables and lots of smoothies” most of the time, allowing herself a little room to cheat. “And then 20 percent I’m eating Mexican food if I want it,” she added. “You know, I’ve gotta be able to indulge and have a glass of wine and feel good in that way, so that helps me not be so strict and so focused in one way.”

2. Kourtney Kardashian

While one of the most popular couple’s costumes of the year was the loved up “Kravis” (Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker) the couple’s costume was inspired by the 1993 movie True Romance, starring Patricia Arquette and Christian Slater. In addition to healthy eating and intermittent fasting, the reality star makes exercise a priority. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." Hard core strength training, jump roping, running, weights, stairmaster cardio, Pilates and floor exercises are a few of her go-tos.

3. Katy Perry

“Stay safe guys,” Katy Perry captioned her “Stand with Fauci” Halloween post, dressed up like the COVID-19 vaccine and joined by her “DILF” Doctor baby daddy Orlando Bloom. She also tagged the CDC, Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson in her post. Aside from being vaccinated, Perry stays in shape by eating healthy most of the time and exercising. “I have had a dance with depression, and hot yoga helps clear it all out,” Katy told Prevention about one of her favorite workouts, CorePower Yoga. “You always know what you’re going to get. If you have a healthy body, it helps you have a healthy mind.” She also practices Transcendental Medication. “It clears my head completely,” she added. “And it ignites something in my brain. I get some of my best creative ideas when I’m TM’ing. For me, TM has been anxiety-reducing, depression-reducing, great for jet lag, hangovers, mood swings. Anytime I’m in a funky mood, I’m like, ‘give me 20 minutes.’”

4. Heidi Klum

Meow! The Queen of Halloween Heidi Klum dressed up like a sexy feline. One of her surprising health tips? She eats a lot. “The myth that models don’t eat is totally not true,” she told Shape. “I just think that because we’re in this business, we have to choose more wisely.” Her diet consists primarily of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. “It's important to keep a balanced diet, but I'm not a fan of deprivation. If I want a cheeseburger, I am not only going to eat that cheeseburger, but I'm going to enjoy that cheeseburger.”

5. Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner’s creative costume was inspired by the 1996 Tim Burton cult classic flick Mars Attacks!. In addition to healthy eating and working out with a trainer, Kendall loves to hit the pavement. “I love running outside,” she told People. “You can go on a run on a treadmill but it’s really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff. I don’t do that ever [now]. You’re always like stuck inside, you’re always in a gym, or you’re always in your phone or whatever. So to actually to get outside and run outside … I enjoy it.”

6. Hailey Bieber

Supermodel Hailey Bieber treated fans to a sampling of costumes, all inspired by different looks of Britney Spears. “The first concert I ever went to was the queen @britneyspears and I’ve been shook ever since,” she explained in the caption. Hailey boxes, does strength training, and also pilates, but she also attributes her fantastic figure to healthy eating, packing in as many plants into her diet as possible. "I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she recently told Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." You will find her eating "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she added to Byrdie. "I just feel better when I eat that way."

7. Dua Lipa

London,,Uk.,September,05,,2018:,Dua,Lipa,At,The,Gq

Dua Lipa rocked a leggy and bloody Elvira costume, flaunting her incredibly toned stems. Dua swears by short but intense workout sessions. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started," she told Vogue about her HIIT workouts, which last about 15 minutes. Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees are a few of her go-to moves.

8. Vanessa Hudgens

One of the many costumes rocked by Halloween devotee Vanessa Hudgens? An ab-baring sexy cheerleader look. She even did a little routine with BFF GG Magree, which the duo shared on social media. The star recently revealed to Shape that she traded in her cardio routine for intense weight training sessions at a trendy gym. “During the pandemic, when everything was paused, I created a little community. I'd get my friends together over Zoom and we would do Isaac Boots's live workout classes. As the world started to reopen, I found myself obsessed with Dogpound,” she revealed. “I go with my best friend; we're extremely competitive. We have the best time — the amount of dancing we do between sets is ridiculous. Everyone knows when we're at the gym. They say they hear us before they see us.” One of her favorite moves? Squats with a rack, “and I love to see how much weight I can add to the bar,” she said. “That's empowering.

9. Olivia Rodrigo

Olivia Rodrigo channeled the other Elvira (Hancock) from the film Scarface, rocking a high-slit and slinky blue gown with a blonde wig. “not your baby,” she captioned the images. The Driver’s License singer is a longtime vegetarian, and during an interview with Teen Vogue, revealed that she likes to go on jogs and does ab work. “I am a terrible runner but it’s the thought that counts,” she said.

10. Jessica Simpson

Only Jessica Simpson could take a look from Caddyshack and make it sexy! The songstress steamed up social media, flaunting her legs in golf getup inspired by the movie. The mother-of-three trains with Harley Pasternak, and refuses to step on the scale. "I have no idea how much I weigh," she said. "I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size." One number she does keep track of? Her steps.

In an interview with Interview Magazine, Jenner revealed that she loves to go hiking. She says that it isn’t just a way for her to stay in shape, but also a way of relaxing her. “I like hiking. I used to do a lot of hiking when I wasn’t as busy. I had a lot of anxiety when I was younger, so I would just run to this hill path in the back of my mom’s house and listen to Jack Johnson. I would listen to Jack Johnson and stare at the sky until my anxiety went away.”

2. She’s An Anti-Bullying Advocate

Jenner wants to use her large platform to help others. She has her own anti-bullying campaign, which is based off her experiences with cyber-bullying. “I feel like if I came out and just told my story about bullying, people wouldn’t have sympathy—and I’m totally okay with that, because people don’t need to understand; they just think I’m not a normal person and live this magical life,” she tells Interview Magazine. “But I wanted to give other people who have been bullied, and who overcame it to do something amazing, the opportunity to use my platform to bring awareness, to inspire people.”

3. She’s True To Herself

Jenner says that when it comes to her social media presence, she wants to be as authentically herself as possible. She tells Interview Magazine, “I just try not to change and stay authentic. I do feel pressure when I do sexy photo shoots and stuff, or if I want to post a picture … I don’t know. Because I want to be a good role model, but I also want to be me.” Jenner also described an encounter with Lady Gaga that encouraged her to keep going.

4. She Tries To Not Have Regrets

Jenner has lived a unique life, and she tells Interview Magazine that she wants to keep living the same way, and have no regrets. “I feel like I’m going to look back and be like, ‘Damn, I wish I could’ve just been a kid and done normal teenage stuff that my friends get to do.’ But it also is a blessing, and I’ve done so many things that most 35-year-old women still haven’t done. You can look at anything glass-half-full or whatever.”

5. She Cut Out Dairy

In 2016, Jenner revealed to E! News that she learned that she was lactose intolerant. This has caused her to limit and cut out dairy in her diet. “I'm working out and I'm eating a lot better," she said. “I didn't realize I was lactose intolerant. I just became lactose intolerant like, this year. And I love cheese and everything so I'm so mad, but it was my year to eat bad. I was like, while I'm young, I might as well. I didn't care about a diet or anything. But now, this last month, I've been working on it just for health reasons only."

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
