She Cooks Her Own Meals
One way that Kylie keeps her body fueled with healthy foods is by preparing her own meals. "I love cooking these days," she said in a TikTok video. "I like to make burgers. I also make spaghetti because my mom is obsessed with spaghetti. It's the first thing I learned to cook.
She Drinks Bone Broth in the Morning
Jenner detailed her unconventional morning drinks to Harper's Bazaar. She starts her day with bone broth mixed with lavender and lemon, or a cup of fresh celery juice. As for coffee, her order is a vanilla iced latte with oat milk. "That's my jam," she said.
She Eats the Same Breakfast Every Morning
Jenner is a creature of habit. "Lately every morning I've been eating the same thing," she said in an Instagram Story. What is her go-to meal? "Eggs, Avocado, Turkey Bacon," she explained.
She Mixes Up Her Lunch
"A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she dished to Harper's Bazaar's Food Diaries. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos," she continued. "Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends."
She Loves Salads
Kylie is also a big fan of eating salads. One of her favorites is a "kale salad — yum — kale salad with jalapeños and croutons," she told Food Diaries."That's bomb."
In one of her blog posts, Kylie revealed her true feelings about cheat meals. "Junk food is bomb," she wrote. "I try and eat healthy most of the time but I def love me some old-school snacks," she added. "Vending machines make me happy!!!"
She Snacks on Apples
Jenner dished to Harper's Bazaar how she avoids snacking at night. "I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom and I turn on my TV," she said. "I get really comfortable, and I pre-slice an apple by my bed and, since I'm really comfortable, I'll be too lazy probably to go down to the kitchen so my only choice is this apple."
