She Runs…Even On Sundays

Kylie can often be found going on jogs around her neighborhood. On March 28 shared a photo taken from a 3.5 mile run/walk to her Instagram stories. "Cute little Sunday" she captioned a photo of her progress.

Her Workouts Are Intense

"I never find myself in a gym. I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on like, Google or Pinterest, workouts — and doing abs, lunges, squats. All that good stuff," Kylie revealed during an interview with Harper's Bazaar. However, she does work out every day, sometimes twice, she revealed in a recent Instagram video.

Her Diet Is Very Healthy

In the same Instagram video, the young mother explained that she never eats the same thing for lunch or dinner. She does have a go-to breakfast however. "Lately every morning I've been eating the same thing," Jenner said, revealing in the caption that it consisted of eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon.  "A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she added to Harper's Bazaar. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos," she continued. "Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends." You might find her sipping on peach tea, bone broth, raw celery juice, and a vanilla iced latte with oat milk for breakfast.

She Tries Not to Snack on Unhealthy Foods

Kylie revealed one of her hacks to Harper's Bazaar on how she avoids eating unhealthy at night. "I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom and I turn on my TV—I get really comfortable—and I pre-slice an apple by my bed," she explained. "Since I'm really comfortable, I'll be too lazy, probably, to go down to the kitchen, so my only choice is this apple."

This Is Her Cheat Meal

Considering Kylie is pregnant again, you might find her at this SoCal burger joint. "It's just In-N-Out these days literally tastes like, oh, it's the best thing I've had," she revealed about her cheat meal in her YouTube video "To Our Daughter,". Her order?  "Double cheeseburger and fries, well-done."
