Jenner is open about having postpartum depression after having children. “I have experienced it. Twice,” she says. “The first time was very difficult, the second was more manageable. I would tell those women not to overthink things and to live all the emotions of that moment to the fullest. Stay inside that moment, even if it is painful. I know, in those moments you think that it will never pass, that your body will never be the same as before, that you will never be the same. That's not true: the hormones, the emotions at that stage are much, much more powerful and bigger than you. My advice is to live through that transition, without fear of the aftermath. The risk is to miss all the most beautiful things of motherhood as well.”

Reality star and makeup maven Kylie Jenner just announced the name and release date of her new cosmetics collection. In honor of the month of October and the Halloween season, the collection is called Kylie X A Nightmare On Elm Street, named after the famous scary movie, and is set to debut on October 12th. Jenner revealed one of her fitness secrets in an Instagram story. Jenner told her followers that she is a fan of the waist trainer, and she uses the Sports Research Sweet Sweat Waist Trainer. To squeeze into Marilyn Monroe’s famous dress for the 2022 Met Gala she dropped 15 pounds in just three weeks by cutting all carbs and sugar out of her diet and drank a lot of water. “Two weeks before [the Met Gala], I was 10 pounds down and I was so proud of myself,” she said. “Then I got down 15 [pounds] and it fit. I couldn’t believe it.” She claims that the diet was safe. “If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message. But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft,” she told Allure. “There are so many things out there that are so not accurate and not true.”
