On March 28, Jenner posted a photo of her workout—a 3.5 mile run/walk—to her Instagram stories. "Cute little Sunday" she captioned a photo of her progress.

Kylie tries to avoid the gym as much as possible. "I never find myself in a gym. I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on like, Google or Pinterest, workouts — and doing abs, lunges, squats. All that good stuff," she said during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.

3. Her Diet Is Very Healthy

In the same video, she explained that she never eats the same thing for lunch or dinner. However, she definitely will eat the same breakfast days in a row. “Lately every morning I've been eating the same thing," Jenner revealed in an Instagram Story, revealing in the caption that it consisted of eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon. "A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she added to Harper's Bazaar. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos," she continued. "Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends." Other of her daily go-tos include peach tea, bone broth, raw celery juice, and a vanilla iced latte with oat milk for breakfast.

4. Here Is Her Trick for Avoiding Late Night Snacking

Kylie told Harper’s Bazaar that she has a trick for avoiding eating unhealthy at night. "I avoid late-night cravings because I lock myself in my bedroom and I turn on my TV—I get really comfortable—and I pre-slice an apple by my bed," she explained. "Since I'm really comfortable, I'll be too lazy, probably, to go down to the kitchen, so my only choice is this apple."

5. She Works Out Twice a Day
