Host, model, and actress, La La Anthony just posted a stunning new Instagram photo. Anthony posed in a sauna, modeling new clothes from the popular brand, Pretty Little Thing. She wore a brown bathing suit top and a long straw skirt. 1. She’s All About Consistency
Anthony tells HollywoodLife.com that she’s a big believer in consistency, especially when it comes to fitness. “I believe consistency is the key with everything that you do. So, the more you do it, the better you get and the stronger you get.”
2. She Has A Supportive Gym

Anthony works out at the famous DogPound gym, and she loves it. She says to HollywoodLife.com, that the DogPound is a very supportive environment, which really helps her. “It motivates you to work out, because I don’t know a ton of people who are running to get to the gym.. None of my friends, they hate it.”
3. She Loves Cryotherapy
Anthony tells HollywoodLife.com that she’s “obsessed with” cryotherapy when it comes to wellness. Even though she says it can be uncomfortable, she also says that she is seeing benefits. “It’s freezing cold. You get in there for three minutes and you literally freeze your a– off,” she says. “But, the benefits are great; you feel energized afterwards; it helps with blood circulation. And, for women, it helps skin imperfections. I love it; it just makes me feel so good, especially after a really hard workout.”
4. She’s On A Meal Plan

Anthony tells HollywoodLife.com that eating a healthy diet is very important to her. She says that she decided to use a meal plan to help keep her on track. “I’ve put myself on a meal plan to focus on that. I have the meals delivered to me, so it takes out the prep work. They deliver the meals and you eat the portions that are given and you don’t give yourself too many choices. It’s been helping me not to fall off.”
5. She Believes In Balance

Anthony tells HollywoodLife.com that while she tries to eat healthy, she also believes in a balanced diet. Anthony admits that she indulges once in a while, but doesn’t go too crazy, saying, “You can have a cookie, but don’t have 10; you can have a piece of cake, it’s OK. I don’t think you should deprive yourself.”
