She's Comfortable With Her Body
Turner is comfortable with her body. She tells Female First, "I'd love to be one of those people born with a curvy, toned figure, but I'm happy with my shape. I don't really care. And I wouldn't like to be stick thin." "Once you've learned which situations affect your self-esteem, notice your thoughts about them. This includes what you tell yourself (self-talk) and how you view the situations. Your thoughts and beliefs might be positive, negative or neutral. They might be rational, based on reason or facts. Or they may be irrational, based on false ideas. Ask yourself if these beliefs are true. Would you say them to a friend? If you wouldn't say them to someone else, don't say them to yourself," says the Mayo Clinic.
She Trained For A Role
To prepare for her role in Our Girl, Turner had to get in shape. She revealed her process to The Mirror. "I did quite a bit of basic training like running and going to the gym. Turner talked about her departure from EastEnders in the interview. "I miss it but I've never regretted leaving. I try not to have regrets. I feel if you've done something then the decision has been made and you should move on."

And you can have honey on it, yoghurt, berries. You can even have mayonnaise.
