Spencer starts her workouts with stretching—namely, Downward-Facing Dog. “It targets everywhere in the body which is known to get tight,” says her trainer Lee Mullins. “So things like the shoulder, the upper back, the hips, the hamstrings. With one stretch, we target every area.”

Spencer uses resistance bands for a side bridge with hip circles (at least 30 seconds of repetitions). “It’s a fantastic drill to target the glutes, and also the obliques and side abdominals which we refer to as something called ‘the pillar’,” Mullins says. “Which is something that needs to be strong. Especially when we’re getting into some of the bigger moves in the workout.”

Spencer does single-leg side planks, then an exercise called bird dog with row. “It’s a fantastic exercise for working your posterior oblique sling, which is a line of muscles which are really important for things like posture and running technique,” Mullins says.

Spencer also does lying tricep extensions and standing leg single clam. She uses the resistance band again for this move. “It’s working the abdominals, it’s working the glutes, and you’re asking the legs to work as well,” Mullins says. "Working with a resistance band and in circuits will help you get your heart rate up, which will increase fat burn and muscle building," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. Swimming

Spencer is a confident and accomplished underwater swimmer. “Swimming can improve mood in both men and women,” says the CDC. “For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood.”

So that felt quite amazing. And also the wind was really strong and that had a ribbon, and the photos just looked quite sort of old school and quite romantic, I think.”

Hamlin has been open about her struggles with an eating disorder, and how close she came to peril. She says that she was able to get help and recover when she noticed how bad she looked one day. This encouraged her to go out and get help. Hamlin told The Skinny Confidential podcast, “I think the most important thing is you need to want to get better. And I know that this is a difficult one because a lot of people probably don’t and it’s really hard. I woke up looking in the mirror and being like, ‘Holy guacamole, you are really skinny and it is very scary.’”

Hamlin is extremely close to her family—mom Lisa Rinna and dad Harry Hamlin—and said on The Skinny Confidential podcast that they helped her recover from her eating disorder. “I woke up one morning at my best friend’s house. My parents, my sister, they’re all outside, like waiting to pick me up. And I’m like, ‘What are you doing here?’ Like it’s Saturday morning. And they’re like, ‘Get in the car. We’re going to UCLA.”

Hamlin is in recovery from an eating disorder, and is learning to enjoy eating food again. One type of food she is enjoying now is carbs. She posted this series of photos on Instagram, captioning it, “Just a photo dump of some of the things that make me rly happy.” Two of the photos in the series were a plate of vodka pasta, and a stack of small pancakes.

4. She Loves To Spend Time Outside

Hamlin loves to spend time outside. She has posted several photos of herself enjoying time in the sun on her Instagram. Hamlin has been seen going to the beach, swimming by a waterfall, reading outside, walking the Great Wall of China, and going for a dip in the pool. The CDC said, “The outdoors offers many opportunities to be physically active. My staple foundation is Too Faced, but I do switch between Fenty and L’Oreal Infallible. For Concealer I use Revolution or Nars Cream Concealer. Coming out and seeing the papers and people's opinions, I think everyone could see I was genuine in there and just really normal. Court felt under pressure to lose weight before going on TV, something she now regrets. “I’ve always been [before Love Island] fluctuating between a size 8 and 10, but most of the time a size 10,” she says. “I was so happy with the way I looked, I didn’t think twice about it. On the weeks leading up to Love Island I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable whilst doing it. I’d changed whilst I was on the show for several reasons that’s probably for another story time. But I went from a size 10 to a 6, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy etc) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I MISSED them.”

5. She Loves Her Curves

Court put on weight after leaving Love Island, and couldn’t be happier with her new curves. "There was a point where people thought I was pregnant because I was putting on loads of weight," she says. "When I was on Love Island I was a size 6 but now I’m a size 10. But I prefer me as a 10 because I’ve got my [chest] back, I’ve got my bum back and I’ve got curves. So, I don’t really care what the newspapers have got to say about me being a size 10."

She sai that after relocating from Los Angeles to New York City, she purchased a stack of fashion magazines, out images from W, Perfect, and CR Fashionbook, and created a dream board. “We burned candles and played music and guided meditations while we sat on the floor, boarding for probably five hours,” she said. “I know it sounds hoo-ha witchy, but I really believe in the power of positive thinking.”

2. She “Mentally Recharges”

The model is all about self-care. "I am an extremely introverted person, which is of course a blessing and a curse. After a shoot, it is very important for me to mentally recharge, as I probably have another one the following day. I need to decompress from the character(s) that I have been putting all my energy into all day so that I can master a new one tomorrow!” Amelia told Vogue France.

“I prefer audiobooks in the tub so I can have my eyes closed in the dark with some candles lit,” she told W. “Taking a warm water bath can increase blood flow and it can also reduce pain and inflammation,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “Lying the sun is not good for you,” she says. Apply that SPF before going out. “Any exposed part of your body — including your earlobes, scalp and lips — can burn. Even covered areas can burn if, for example, your clothing has a loose weave that allows ultraviolet (UV) light through. Your eyes, which are extremely sensitive to the sun's UV light, also can burn,” says the Mayo Clinic.
