She Works Out Multiple Times A Week

Riberio spilled some of her workout and diet tips to The New York Post. Naturally, working out is very important to her, especially when she's prepping for a fashion show. Ribeiro says that she aims to workout multiple times a week, even with her busy schedule "I work out three to six days a week," she says. "Normally around 90 minutes per workout."

She Works Out Her Legs

Ribeiro has an amazing set of legs. Naturally, she doesn't skip leg day. She says to The New York Post that she does circuits of different leg workouts. She also says that she likes to use a resistance band. "I typically do three reps of 20, rotating between glute bridges with feet wide, clams with heels together, duck walks, side steps and jack squats."

She Eats Healthy Before A Show

Ribeiro says that she doesn't eat a model diet most of the time. However, when she's preparing for a gig, she says that she eats healthier. "My diet is pretty standard all year long," she told Fashion Week Daily. "Right before the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, I eat lots of protein and veggies and increase my workouts."

She Stays Hydrated

Ribeiro always makes sure to stay hydrated. When W Magazine asked the model what her favorite underrated beauty product was, she answered, "Water hands down, it really makes the difference for skin, hair, mood…everything!"

She Boxes

Ribeiro tells Us Weekly that she loves to box. She says that she does a lot of sessions when she's prepping for a show. "You don't stop between the sections," she explained. "You do exercise, abs, everything together so that's good for me."
