Michelle Randolph is sharing a behind-the-scenes look at Landman – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress and sister of Bachelor star Cassie Randolph flaunts her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set. “A wrap on landman. What a colored collision— exhilarating, fervent, tender. I feel so humbled to hold these special moments, and I wish I could pause time to relish each one. If this were just a fever dream, I’d do it all over again. Buzzing. Love you all, see you soon,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Limited Social Media

To keep her mental health in check, Michelle limits her social media. “I do my best to stay away from it. I think it’s easy to get trapped in reading the comments, and wanting to know what people say, but I think it’s better not to because you can’t go back and change it. Once you do a scene and finish it and release it, the audience is going to make it into what it is,” she tells Schön!

2. Riding Horses

For all of her Yellowstone projects, Michelle learned how to ride horses. “Montana was an adjustment, but I think we were so present and busy the whole time that I just fell in love with it completely. I mean, we were riding horses on our off days and spending time together,” she said. “As an adult, you feel like everything you do has to feel like it’s up to a certain level of productivity. That was the nice thing about learning to ride because it felt productive since it was for a job, but at the same time it was really rewarding. The transition from beginner to intermediate – or actually I don’t know how good I am at riding [laughs] – but it was so clear to see the difference. And watching all of my new friends improve too was amazing. It was just so much fun too. Even on the days after the two weeks of cowboy camp when the wranglers came in to shoot for the next five months, we would go in and ride. We all really fell in love with it!” she continued. “I wasn’t nervous because I love animals, but I was nervous because I hadn’t done it before and a lot is about technique and the more time you spend on a horse, the better you get. A lot is also about the familiarity of it and getting the rhythm and learning your specific horse. I was so excited! We were all like little kids at summer camp!”

3. Meditation

While Michelle loves the “hustle and bustle” of cities, she is “happiest, not to sound cliché, but when I’m in nature,” she says. “It just feels like you’re taking a step back and the real priorities in life are health and wellness and you can meditate and not hear cars honking [laughs]! I do think it’s a balance. I could spend 6 months in Montana and then I need 6 months in the city too. I’d like to think of myself as a well-rounded person in that regard.”

4. Red Wine

You can often find Michelle holding onto a glass of red wine. “Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.”

5. Coffee

Cup,Of,Coffee,And,Beans,On,Dark,Background,,Top,ViewShutterstock

Another favorite drink of Michelle’s? Coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found “significant reductions” in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee. But, only ground and instant coffee with caffeine decreased risk for arrhythmia, or irregular heartbeat.

Landry has a very supportive husband. She talked about him in the caption of this Instagram post. “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…All I wanted was to be hugged, loved, seen. I’m really glad to have found it wasn’t true and to find someone else who agrees.

4. She Bikes

Landry revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she is learning how to bike to stay fit. “After years and years of being too afraid to try I finally did it. Well, with a push from @madsencycles bc I made a comment that I wouldn’t learn to ride a bike unless it was for a Madsen. And well… they sent me one with a letter of encouragement and I 1) eating my words and 2) now I really have to try. I didn’t want to pass down my fears to my kids, and my own son learned how to ride from a neighbour. I was just ready to stop being so afraid. 1. She Gives Herself Grace

In an interview with Jillian Harris, Landry was asked what piece of advice she would give to someone struggling with their body image. Landry answered, “To give themselves grace and remember they are not the problem or something to fix, but a person who has been saturated with messages of not being enough. Even on the worst of days, that we all deserve to show up and live our lives and make memories in them!

2. She Follows Positive Accounts

One way Landry has developed her sense of body positivity is by following other body positive accounts. She tells Jillian Harris, “A big part of this has been following folks who echo positive messages about our relationships with food. That there is no moral value on food, no good, no bad, no “guilt-free” or “cheat days”. There is a spectrum of nutrient density, but not a moral value. Something that’s really helped me over the years.”

3. She Shows Up For Herself

Landry tells Jillian Harris that she is always showing up for herself, and wants others to do the same. “I think my goal would be to show more that we don’t have to FEEL confident or FEEL love for our bodies but SHOW UP confidently and SHOW UP in love. That doesn’t have to be rocking a bikini but rocking whatever makes you not focus on your body so you can focus on the life around you.”

4. She’s All About The Love

Landry posted this set of photos on Instagram, where she talked about diet culture, and how it has caused people to hate their bodies. Landry says that her reaction is to love her body, at all costs. “Hate is a powerful thing. But to LOVE in the face of it… Well that’s just a whole other kind of powerful.”

5. She Didn’t Feel Pressure To Lose Weight

Landry posted this set of postpartum photos on Instagram, and talked about how she is avoiding the pressure of getting back to her “pre-baby body.” She writes, “It’s ok if you look like you gave birth when you did. And honestly, if it’s going to widely accepted that there can be dad bods for men who aren’t fathers, then this statement can also be true: It’s also ok if you look like you gave birth when you *didn’t*.”

Greater Good Magazine reports that dancing can make you happier. “Inspired by the mental health benefits of dance, a specific form of therapy called dance movement therapy emerged in the mid-1900s. 3. She’s Not Letting Fear Run Her Life

Michelle revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she wants to stop being driven by her fear. “I've been feeling a shift in my life recently and thought I would share - newness can be scary. It can be hard to put trust in the unknown. As humans I think it’s in our nature to seek comfortability, safety and familiarity. to hold on to things that aren’t serving us in fear of being alone, or having to break away from our patterns. I've let my fear make decisions for me and I want to get as far away from that as possible. I am working towards finding wholehearted trust in what’s to come, and compassion for myself as I navigate through this new chapter. excited for new, beautiful things & sending everyone a little extra love.”

5. She Goes To The Beach

Michelle loves to go to the beach, and shares a lot of beach photos on Instagram. She shared these photos of herself in Miami. Hearing the calming crash of the waves and the breeze moving across the water promotes feelings of peace. While at the beach, you hear consistent sounds that create a type of white noise. Even the sound of seagulls flying overhead can be quite therapeutic. This helps you to relax your thoughts while you experience a close bond with nature.”

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

She Tries to Get Enough Sleep

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates
