Worthington opened up about her wellness routine to Women’s Health. “I enjoy working out and schedule time each day to make it happen,” she reveals. “At the moment I love to walk everywhere in New York – it’s exercise without even realising. For many years I’ve worked out (when possible) with my personal trainer Rodney. Rodney is old-school and hardcore – super simple in his approach, but is hands down the best training I have done to date, and he has taught me a lot about diet too.”

Worhington makes sure to stay hydrated. She tells Women’s Health that she also likes to incorporate powders and solutions when she drinks water. “Water always,” she says. “The oldest trick in the book. I enjoy adding things to water too… Healthy vitamin powders or soluble tablets, tinctures, energy boosters, really anything that makes water more exciting!”
4. She’s Easy On Herself
Worthington tells Body & Soul that she believes in going easy on herself. She encourages others to do the same, particularly other moms. “I hate that term ‘getting your body back’, because I think it’s a nice journey to go on,” she insists. “Women’s bodies do incredible things, and I don’t think it should ever be looked at in a negative way... We’re giving life! My girlfriends always talk about being easy on yourself, because even after I’ve had all these kids, it’s important to not be so hard on yourself, because being a mum is the hardest job in the world.”
5. She’s Vegetarian
Worthington opened up about being a vegetarian to Body & Soul. She says that being a vegetarian has helped shift her mindset. “I became vegetarian eight or maybe 10 years ago now,” she says. “My husband is as well, and all of my children are. I think it was a food thing for me that helped me shift whatever I was holding on to. Now, I focus on my diet, being healthy and being able to do [my type of] fitness.”
