1. She Works Out Regularly
Pippen has an amazing body, and many want to know how she got it. She shared her fitness secrets with Andy Cohen. “I literally work out seven days a week,” she said. “If I show you my photos from five years ago, I was less than 100 pounds. I’m 140 pounds now, so yeah, my legs look thicker than they were, my arms look thicker than they were. My whole body has changed … My body’s tight because I work out.”
2. She Has Confidence

Pippen is all about having self-confidence. In a 2018 post on her blog, Pippen encouraged others to feel good about themselves, no matter what you look like at the time. “Confidence is sexy,” she says. “On both men and women. Love your curves, stretch marks and smile lines. Love yourself and treat yourself like the desirable woman you are.”
3. She Has A Sustainable Diet

Pippen opened up about her diet and approach to eating to HollywoodLife. She says that she opts to have a plan that is sustainable. Pippen says that she avoids fad diets for this reason. “I don’t think you can sustain that keto diet or the Atkins Diet. Personally, I don’t feel like those work. For me it’s more it’s more about eating healthy and portion control. That’s the only thing that lasts forever.”
4. She Cooks

Pippen is an avid cook. She tells HollywoodLife that cooking helps her and her family eat better. “I cook every day for my kids. I have a menu that I draw up [for] all week so I know what we’re gonna eat. If you’re prepared like that you tend to eat healthier, as opposed to not knowing what you’re gonna eat and then you end up eating junk.”
5. She Still Indulges
Pippen believes in balance when it comes to her diet. She tells HollywoodLife that she believes in still indulging once in a while. “I do love chocolate,” she says. “I love dessert and I’m known to make pies. Me and my kids make pies like twice a week – apple pie, pumpkin pie. I do cheat, but that’s normal. I’ll just do 10 extra squats that day. I’ll do 20 extra jumping jacks.”
