She Does Full-Body Exercises

Pippen loves to share her favorite workouts with her followers. She has her own YouTube channel called "Larsa Pippen Fitness," where she posts her favorite workouts. Pippen is a fan of doing full body workouts. She posted this video called "Full Body Burnout." She also released this video of a full body tabata workout. "The idea of getting a full-body workout in just four short minutes has made Tabata-style training hugely popular. What originally began as a high-intensity, interval-training protocol performed on a cycling ergometer by Japanese Olympic speed skaters has now morphed into Tabata-inspired workouts that combine everything from plyometrics to traditional resistance-training exercises. Regardless of the types of equipment or exercises used, these workouts feature the same format of eight cycles of 20 seconds of high-intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest," says ACE Fitness.

She Eats Healthy

Pippen shared her approach to health and wellness in an interview with HollywoodLife. She revealed a lot of her tips for eating healthy. She says that she focuses on her portion sizes and what she's eating, as they help her build healthy habits. "For me, it's more about eating healthy and portion control. That's the only thing that lasts forever."

She Doesn't Do Diets

Pippen mostly aims to eat healthy, and she does so by avoiding trendy diets and restrictions. "I don't think you can sustain that keto diet or the Atkins Diet," she says to HollywoodLife. "Personally, I don't feel like those work."

She Believes In Balance

For Pippen, wellness means balance. She says that she aims to work out and eat healthy for her body and mind. "It's a lifestyle of balance," she said to HollywoodLife. "Eating right, feeling good about yourself, working out for your mind, your body, your soul. It's all connected."

She Plans Her Meals Out Ahead Of Time

Pippen revealed her secret to eating healthy to HollywoodLife. "I'm really big on prepping what you eat for the whole week," she says. "I cook every day for my kids. I have a menu that I draw up [for] all week so I know what we're gonna eat. If you're prepared like that you tend to eat healthier, as opposed to not knowing what you're gonna eat and then you end up eating junk."
