1. She Walks
Anderson loves to walk to stay in shape. She tells Checklists.co that this is something that is a big part of her life. “I’ve danced and pretty much walked anywhere since I was young,” she says. “And I carry that on now. I love walking my dog and going for runs to get my daily steps up. I eventually succumbed to an Apple Watch and now really notice a difference in my motivation now I can track my steps.”
2. She Works Out With Others

Anderson also likes to go to fitness classes to stay in shape. And she usually doesn’t go to those alone. “I try to book fitness classes with friends, too,” she says to Checklists. “As I enjoy working out more if I’ve someone to moan with.” Working out with friends can help people stay consistent, as you have to meet someone, and it is harder to cancel. Also, having someone else with you can help you stay motivated.
3. She Swims
Anderson loves to swim. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Whenever Anderson is at a hotel, she usually makes a stop at the building’s pool. She shared these photos and one video of herself at the pool in a Dubai hotel. She also shared these pool photos, captioning it, “Happy Sunday.”
4. She Does Yoga
Anderson likes to practice yoga to stay in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself doing poses at her hotel. Anderson captioned the post, “I celebrated #internationalyogaday.” Yoga has a lot of benefits. The American Osteopathic Organization states, “Aside from the physical benefits, one of the best benefits of yoga is how it helps a person manage stress, which is known to have devastating effects on the body and mind…Yoga’s incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being.”
5. She’s All About Positivity
Anderson believes in spreading positivity. Especially when it comes to people on social media. She talked about this in regards to being a couple in the public eye in a video interview with Heatworld. “Everyone’s got their opinions,” Anderson starts. “It’s like, you’re genuinely heartbroken, and everyone’s like ‘It was fake anyway’ or whatever."
