1. She Uses A Box To Work Out Her Upper Body
Crane, like many people, likes to use a box when she hits the gym. However, her box workouts don’t just involve her jumping on and off it. In this reel, Crane uses the box for her upper body workout. She balances her feet on the box, puts her hands on a mat, and does different exercises. Crane is seen doing mountain climbers, lunge jumps, and push-ups. She captioned the reel, “10x each exercise. 1min rest. Repeat till you can’t anymore. I did 4 sets.”
2. She Manages Stress

Crane’s life can be stressful, however, she has ways of dealing with it. She revealed in an interview with Women Fitness what she likes to do whenever she gets stressed out. “I have always used exercise to deal with stress, nothing clears your mind like it. I also meditate in the mornings.”
3. She Doesn’t Obsess Over Social Media

Crane tells Women Fitness that while social media plays a big role in her life, she also doesn’t spend time obsessing over it. “I just think it’s so important to take time out from it, and live in the moment, and not create your whole life and mental state around what you look like, or what other people look like on Instagram,” she says. “I firmly believe in trusting the praises of life. There is no point in sitting at home sad that you’re not on a sandy beach sipping a cocktail because it just means you have an important journey to learn before you are ready to be there.”
4. She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Being a surfer, Crane has to spend a lot of time in the water. This can take a toll on her hair. However, Crane’s locks are still gorgeous and healthy, and she tells her secrets to Women Fitness. “I always use hair masks, they are a life saver for me. My hair gets so dry from surfing and being in the salt and sun, so they literally save me.”
5. She Loves To Walk

Crane tells Olympic Channel that she has started to make her workout routines simpler and less intense. She says that she now loves to take walks as a way to stay in shape, and to clear her head. “I absolutely love nothing more than waking up and doing a sunrise walk, which helps me mentally and physically. It’s small but it just makes my day go so much more smoothly and I have a lot more control over my thought patterns.”
