Csortan is constantly on the move thanks to her job as a TV host. “I love to travel…that never gets old!” she says. “I traveled the world for almost a decade. I did an Italian Travel show and soon after I found myself hosting a show for The Discovery Network where I was based in the USA called the World’s Best Beaches. I was the action girl, so most of my stories either consisted of getting wet in the ocean or sweating! Waterproof mascara was my favorite – the Maybelline one. My job also sees me doing so many different things such as being a face of the races and doing other endorsements, getting to work with amazing companies and interesting people. My job is very diverse, which I love.”

2. She Stays Active

Csortan makes a point of doing something active every day. “I try to do something daily even if it’s just taking my dog on a really long walk or doing a yoga class or pilates or a more intense class like F45,” she says. “I give my body a break every so often and I do an Eat Fit Food week, I just started today actually with Eat Fit Food, I do the 5 Day Cleanse program which I find really helps. My skin never looks better after exercise, drinking lots of water and a balanced diet.”

Csortan refused to obsess about losing the post-baby weight after giving birth to her daughter. "Don't put any undue pressure on yourself. It's taken me almost two years to start getting back somewhat of a routine,” she says. “And even still, I don't have much of one to be honest since I'm really busy. I mean I literally have a two-year-old stuck to my hip 24/7, so I just do not stop.”

4. She Protects Her Skin

Csortan knows the importance of keeping up with her skincare regimen while on the move. “I can’t go anywhere without my Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream for my lips. Especially when traveling,” she says. “I have a Clinique bronzer that works a treat all over – my décolletage and face etc. I love black eyeliner too. With all the traveling I do, I have a Vitamin-C serum I use on my face. Letting your skin absorb a nice, rich serum on the days you don’t have to wear makeup is a must.”

Csortan is dating, but refuses to sacrifice any time spent with her daughter. “My time is super precious and having a little one, that’s very time-consuming, very demanding of my time and attention. I have to be selective as to who I spend that tiny little window of time I get with,” she says.

Laura prioirtizes her mental health. "I am ordering many things, understanding myself better, learning and naming emotions... It is a long job but one that I had avoided for a long time. I am very happy with the decision I made to start therapy, the truth,” she said in a post.

In a few of her most recent posts, Laura is snorkling and free diving in the ocean. “Deep sea,” she captioned one of them. In another she even swims with sharks. She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan.
