Laura Csortan, the model and TV presenter, is making the most of her summer. And one of her recent Instagram videos proves it. In it, Csortan posed on a boat overlooking the beach. She's Healthy On A Regular Basis

Csortan got to participate in a bikini shoot for Maxim. She told the website that prepping for the shoot was easy since she lives a pretty healthy lifestyle. "Leading up to the shoot I'd been keeping pretty fit anyway, so I didn't really have to change anything. I'm a big advocate of healthy eating and fitness, so I wasn't pigging out on pizza the night before or anything like that. So I didn't really have to change my routine too much."

She Does Pilates

Csortan lives an active life. She revealed one of her favorite forms of exercise to Maxim. "I love Pilates. Nothing shapes my body better." "Holding in your stomach and practicing good posture can help prep you for doing some of the more difficult alignment positions on the mat," says lead yoga therapist Judi Bar to the Cleveland Clinic.

She's Comfortable With Herself

Csortan tells Maxim that she is very comfortable with her body. "I'm feeling the fittest I ever have, and I guess when you feel this way it gives you more confidence. I feel very comfortable in my own skin right now and that's what being a woman is all about. It's about embracing yourself and your capabilities. It's like, this is me, this is who I am."

She Makes Time To Workout

Despite Csortan's busy schedule, she makes sure to workout on a daily basis. "I try to do something daily," she says to Beauticate. "Even if it's just taking my dog on a really long walk, or doing a yoga class, or pilates, or a more intense class like F45."

She Does Cleanses

Csortan tells Beauticate that she likes to do cleanses once in a while. "I give my body a break every so often and I do an Eat Fit Food week," she says. "I do the 5 Day Cleanse program which I find really helps. My skin never looks better after exercise, drinking lots of water and a balanced diet."
