Eat a Lot of Protein

It is "based on the balance of nutrients, high protein consumption and the distribution of food in five daily meals," her nutritionist told "Very Good Morning." She also relies on detox supplements to help her stay in shape.
Do Hyperbaric Chamber Sessions
Laura maintains that hyperbaric chamber sessions are effective for "healing and recovery" she revealed in a post, sharing some of the benefits. "Hyperbaric medicine consists of breathing pure oxygen at a higher concentration than the atmospheric. The hyperbaric chamber allows us to bring that oxygen to all of our tissues both central and peripheral," she wrote, adding that it can help accelerate healing, improve sports injuries, and raise hormonal levels.
Hydrate
Laura drinks "plenty of water" and prioritizes hydration. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Do Yoga
Laura's go-to workout is yoga. "To know harmony you need to go through chaos," she captioned a post.
