1. She Changed Her Lifestyle
In her recent Instagram post, Prieto revealed the reasons for her dramatic weight loss. She says that she made a lot of lifestyle changes to get these results. Prieto says that she was motivated to workout more, eat better, and take supplements. “The second photo is me in December of last year, with four months of consuming @vitalau.chilea, balanced diet, plenty of water, and exercise.”
2. She Focuses On Health
For Preito, her main goal isn’t to lose weight or look a certain way. Her priority is to live a healthier lifestyle. She wrote about this in this Instagram post. “I'm not interested in losing weight. I'm interested in feeling lighter and more comfortable with my body.”
3. She Stays Hydrated
In the same Instagram post, Prieto revealed some of her wellness secrets. She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated. “I love to train and drink water. If you want to diet, it's a great supplement, it will help you release fluids, toxins and combat slow transit.” Harvard Health states why water is the best beverage to stay hydrated. “Sugary drinks can lead to weight gain and inflammation, which can increase your risk for developing diseases such as diabetes. Too much caffeine can give you the jitters or keep you from sleeping. And, alcohol intake should be limited to one drink per day for women, and 1-2 drinks per day for men.”
4. She Planks
Prieto revealed in this Instagram post that she likes to do plank exercises. She captioned the post, “This is how my mind works when I do the ironing.. and my coach @dnix.fit controls it.” The Cleveland Clinic reports, “Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. These muscles support your movements and stabilize the spine.”
5. She Uses Different Machines
Prieto makes sure to workout in her home. She owns a lot of workout machines, and likes to use them. Prieto revealed in this Instagram post that she uses an exercise bike. She also revealed in this post that she also owns a treadmill. Owning workout equipment is a great way to be consistent with your exercise. You don’t have to go to the gym and take a lot of time out of your schedule, and you’re less likely to forget.
