She Cycles

Laura manages to burn calories while getting where she needs to go. Instead of driving, she often rides her bike, which is not only enjoyable and meditative, but also burns calories. "When riding, remember that the seat height should allow a slight bend at your knee," says Harvard Health. "You don't want a straight knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke, because the bike could be too tall and you could fall off," says Dr. Clare Safran-Norton, a physical therapist at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital..

She Hikes

Laura is an avid hiker. She shared one video of herself on one of her adventures where she crossed the border in Austria to reach a gorgeous waterfall. "A 3h long loop, between ups and downs in the forest, always along the river to get to the gorge, but it was worth it! 😎 It's true, there's no Wi-Fi in the forest, but you can find a much more powerful connection: the one with yourself and nature," she explained about why she loves to hike.

She Practices Self-Love

Laura practices self-love. When she turned 40 she celebrated the occasion, by pointing out that aging is a beautiful thing. "One body: two arms and two legs, one face with two eyes, one nose and one mouth. You are together with all the experiences you have: the things you didn't say in time or at all. You are all the evil you avoid and what you face until the end, the strength you've managed to find along with the mistakes you've made. You are the time you thought you lost, which turns out to be precious, but really ALL the tears you shed, you are the surprises you managed and the promises you didn't keep. You are the taste of cement every time you fell down and the smiles after every fall. You are your own heart beating to a beat of its own. You're everything you've seen and everything you've forgotten, you've regretted. You are made of 60 percent water, 30 percent of the people you love and 10 percent of what you miss," she wrote.

"A year after a pandemic and personal setbacks 🤪, I'm finally back to practicing one of my biggest passions. It was as exciting as the first time. I am touched," she captioned a post.

She Works Out

Laura enjoys exercising. However, even she falls of the workout wagon on occasion. "Finally started working out again today!!! 💪🏻🏋🏻 ♀️🤗🤸🏻 ♀️ It's always hard to start over 🥵😅 In fact, I'm so tired that I can't focus on you yet," she captioned an Instagram post.
